6. Conclusion



All matter is made up of atoms. whether a substance is any state that depends on the arrangement of atoms inside it. When an object made of matter changes states, its properties can change too. It doesn't matter what state an object is in, it's still a matter. Matter is made up of tiny particles that are always moving and can change states from one phase to another. Phase changes are dependent on temperature and pressure. Phase changes take place when molecules lose or gain kinetic energy and can be related to a change in temperature. A change of state is not the result of a chemical reaction.
